Hi I have what is now termed Erectile Dis function , as far as I know impotence means no sperm .

I am 79 , I can not get an erection , at least, not one that would enter a vagina . I can get semi erect

and then use soap in the shower or oil to massage my penis until I ejaculate . The sensation is OK

but not as good as with a full erection . I am still thinking I may see my GP for some Cialis to see if

I could get a full or near full erection , a present for the long suffering wife .

Have your testosterone level checked by your GP. Perhaps you need a testosterone supplement and also Cialis. In my opinion, Cialis is better than Viagra.
