Do NSAID meds help with arthritis caused by alcaptonuria?

I have been having a really hard time with arthritis, which was caused by alcaptonuria in my case. And I was hoping to learn more about NSAID and how they can benefit arthritis. Are there fellow patients who have experience with this? If you have tried NSAID meds, and are willing to share your story, I would be really grateful to hear from you!
