REMICADE is a chimeric IgG1κ monoclonal antibody. It is not a steroid. It should not cause weight gain. Puffy face? Not that I can find.

I agree with TheGeeze, Remicade is a monoclonal antibody, and is not a steroid - which usually causes the puffiness in your face. Although, Remicade is used to treat Crohn's disease, which is interesting because steroids are used to treat this same disease. As far as I know, Remicade should not cause weight gain. Your pharmacist would be a great resource as well as your family physician who prescribed the medication.
