So I have been on aviane birth control for almost 4 months and was wondering since the last week of the pill (the white ones) doesn't have hormones in it and if I have unprotected sex , would I get pregnant?

You are protected, all the time.
It's very unlikely that you'd conceive then. You are at your lowest fertility just before your period starts, even if you weren't on birth control.
