Dry, red and itchy skin in upper inner thighs near genitals

im 20 years old and about 6nmonths ago it started as patch but now its a big chink of my inner thigh, at first it was my right thigh but now its starting to itch on the other side as well. it looks white when its dry and one scratch and white flakes rub off and it looks black like another user said up there. when its super itchy i scratch like there's no tomorrow and after im done the area is super hot and it looks swollen and water type of thing comes out. not like goozing or anything but just like whrn you have a flesh wound and its little water type liquid.  i am going to try the creams all the users suggested hopefully they work.

Sounds like jock itch. Try using powder during sports play to keep it dry and use a moisturizer like Man1 Man Oil to deal with dryness. A medicated cream can alleviate jock itch; the other things can prevent it and help you heal.
