I've been having this too, it sucks, my ears hurt, I my lymph nodes jurt too, I also suffer of vertigo, I wento to the docs and the tests came out clean, but I have a bad hinch about getting this from a STD called Lupus, or worse, AIDS, bc aids is one of the few conditions that cause swollen lymph nodes.
