I never thought I would be afraid for my little girl's health. And it’s all related to eating disorders. She is 17 years old and she could use some extra kilo on her body, although I admit that she spends a lot of energy daily. Still, she cares about how she looks and that switches my alarm on. I just don't want later on to deal with meds, pain, naturopathic treatments, alternative medical methods...

Well, if you want to prevent that, you have to react in time. Weighting slightly less than average is not a problem, but combined with being obsessive about the looks, well, that might cause some issues in the future. I think that for now, you should just watch her and try to see if she is losing weight, or being nervous about her kilos etc.

Yes, no point in discussing something that will probably not happen. You say that she is very active, so make a test. Tell her that she needs more energy and increase her meals, but only slightly, please. See what happens. If she is ok with it, then it's ok. The most important thing is, watch her behavior, if it changes – react fast!
