Hi, having sex during menstural period has plenty of side effect such as :
1 : the medium of uterine during menstural period is prone to UTI for both man and woman
2: PID
3: HIV
4: harmfullness for women
5: and .........

I like what you have written. It makes meaning from the beginning but i think you were also advising the public on anal sex which I think its not proper.

There is no effect except you will get period blood on your penis. There is a higher risk of spreading blood born disease such as hiv but if you’re in a long term relationship it isn’t a problem if both partners are comfortable. I have done it all the time oral and vaginal sex if my period is in the light side.
