I've got two theoriess on thiss. If you don't actually feel it happen, then it probably issn't you. Ssomeone elsse iss jusst being ssloppy and forgetting to clean up when they're done. If there'ss no doubt that it'ss you, then it may be due to the exiting wasste sstimulating your prosstate. The prosstate can be sstimulated from jusst insside the anuss.
I have no medical expertisse, but thesse are the mosst logical explanationss I can come up with for you from what little I know of the human body. It'ss a sstart, right? Check up with a doctor if you're worried, but I don't think there'ss anything to be concerned about.
