this is a common problem, Your young and not use to sex so you get better and be able to last longer as you grow up.
What I think helps?
Do not concentrate on the sex (sounds bad i know) Simply look in another direction OR kiss your partner whilst singin a song in your head. or do the alphabet forward then backward concentrating on getting it right, then count from 1 - 100 you should pretty much last abit longer than usual if you concentrate!
The only reason your ejaculating quick, is because you concentrating to hard on the sex. Concentrate on something else to take the focus off the sex, I don't mean to completly ignore your partner or ignore the sex, It's simply to help you go for longer, This technique is good for Oral also.

I think most people would find it extremely hard to keep a penis errect after ejaculating. I'm pretty sure that's normal, but if your worried, why not go see your GP? Nothing to lose bud.
