I am a mother of 3 children and I have excess skin after my first pregancy with twins, I have lost weight and the excess skin is still there. Would stomach exercise tone this area or would this need surgery?

Stomach exercises will tone the muscles of your mid-section but will do little to the excess skin there, especially if you have lost a lot of weight. Whether you will need surgery will depend on your genetic predisposition and on how physically active you have been all your life. For most women, surgery is the way to go.
