I like being pregnant. It is feeling that you can not explain to someone who did not experienced it. But I want to keep myself in shape during the pregnancy. I think that diet and exercise could help me achieve that. Is it possible in pregnancy? Does it help as I think?

Of course you have to consult your doctor first. Regarding diet, you should take meat and protein foods, fruits, grain products, milk and its products, water and juices etc. You should avoid artificial sweeteners.
