I have been experiencing some extremely light menstrual cycles ( I call them barely there cycles) because I not need a pad or anything like that the blood is only there when I wipe and along with that I have been experiencing some intense cramping every now and then this has been happening since November of last year.with this I have been experiencing extreme fatigue light nausea and frequent headaches. I thought it could be that I was pregnant so I have taken quite a few tests but all come back negative and its is highly unlikely seeing as how I had the Mirana IUD put in back in February of last year after giving birth. Just recently I have started feeling little flutters in my lower abdomen around my uterus and navel area. I have also developed milk in my left breast and I haven't been lactating since my daughter was 2 months old. I am very nervous and do not understand what is going on does anyone know or has anyone experienced anything like this before?
