I have the same feeling tightness in throat and sinus pressure. Dizzy all the time and has been going on for years. My doc tells me its anxiety. I have had ct scan and blood work and chest xray all negative. The doc is putting me on lexapro to help with anxiety. These symptoms are also ruining my life, I dont want to go out in fear of these feelings. Try the anxiety meds..hopefully they will work for both of us!

Age 32. I have similar symptoms . for the last two years I have had an ache around my sinuses / behind my nose area . this makes me feel unsteady on my feet and can be hard to concentrate when the pain increases . Other things have also gone wrong such as tightness in my throat area , numbness in my face .
I have seen specialists and have not found answers , my best guess is its a neck problem combined with frontal toothache although my dentist says my teeth are fine . I can't seem to win .

Hi Everyone,
I have had similar symptoms as you have all mentioned. What I find contributes to this is dairy products. I read in a health magazine that there is an ingredient in milk that thickens muscus. Since I have weak sinuses, when I have dairy products it thickens my muscus and pressures up my sinuses, not allowing fluid to flow easily, which causes huge amounts of pain. I have experimented with this and it has no doubt proven to be a fact in my life. When I have lactose free dairy products I have none of these symptoms. Hope this helps :-)
