There is flat just above mine and I believe that there is violence in that family. There is mom, daughter and grandma. I think that mom bites both daughter and grandma. It is almost every night. I can hear them screaming. I don't know what to do about it, but I can't let this continue. How can I prevent family violence?

I know when I've noticed family violence in house next to mine, I called police...but right after I was sure what is happening. The husband was hurting wife and kids. If you think someone is being hurt, you can tell them you are concerned about their safety or ask them to talk to you about what is happening to them, and when you are sure report abuse.
