I just started having this feeling of my heart racing when I bend over 4 days ago. But only happens the first few hours after I get up in the morning. The rest of the day I'm fine. I am on synthroid too. Started taking it at least 10 years ago, can't remember exactly.

Have any of all been checked for POTS syndrome? If cardio can’t diagnose then see a neurologist who is familiar with it.
