Whether or not you decide to use fat burners, you still have to go on a diet and exercise. There is no pill that will burn your fat!!!! Most of these pills contain different herbs that may give you more energy or reduce appetite but that doesn’t mean you can go on eating you sorts of foods and the same amounts as before if you want to lose weight.
A man loses weight when their food intake is less than what goes out. In order to lose the extra energy you get from foods, you need to exercise. This is how you will burn the fat, not by taking any pills.
In my opinion….if you do reduce your foods(calories) intake and if you do start exercising, you would lose weight (in normal conditions meaning you are not obese (than it takes a lot)or ill) even without using any appetite suppressants or so called “fat burners”. In my opinion, they are nothing but a waste of money.
Sure everyone would want a magic pill, so they wouldn’t have to put a lot of effort. Unfortunately, this never works.
