I have given up smoking for 3 months now and I have lost all motivation to do anything, has anybody else had this

Hi, I've been sober for 11 weeks now and I must say I am finding it very tough to motivate myself to do much. I had this vision of when I stopped smoking life would be fantastic with lots more things going on but it's not really worked out that way for me so far. Don't get me wrong I'm real happy I quit, no more panic attacks or feeling of desperation is a great improvement in my life. However, I did think I'd have more energy and motivation for the gym and getting out and meeting people more. As I say just has not been like that yet but I will keep on this road because for me there is no going back. I smoked weed heavily for 30 years starting with tobacco then on its own in apipes and then finally with a vaporizer. It just was not fun any more and as much as life has not been the amazing experience I was expecting after I quit it's a million times better without that poison in my life.

good luck mate, hope my experience helps.
