hey. i've had this problem for a really long time too. we were almost positive for a while that it was a stomach ulcer.. but after getting a test done (i forget what it's called. something where they stick a camera down my throat and into my stomach) it turns out i have an irritated esophagus. it's basically caused by an acidy stomach. but i also get heartburn like crazy all the time, to the point where i'm doubled over in pain. i have to take prilosec every day and if i ever forget it then it's torture..

I feel exactly the same! Motion sickness, like the feeling you get when you read in the car! Ive suffered from anxiety since i was 3 years old, im now 18 on tuesday. I was given Omeprazole for a month, but it started to wear off after the last 2 weeks of taking it.
Ive just had a blood test in which they took 3 vials, so god knows what the results will be, but somedays i feel so bad i want to cry!

I too am having a similar problem that has gotten increasingly worse after the past three weeks. Some other things may be the problem and I feel compelled to ask you to try them. If you have a gas stove, ask someone to check it for gas leaks. Have an electrician come in and check your home for high electric fluctuations. Look over this site why
I recently went to the doctor because I had been getting fevers alongside of the nausea and throwing up. And they said I had a clue cell overgrowth. I have not yet taken the medication. But I hope this is my answer. It has gotten so bad where I don't want to eat anything anymore because just taking one bite makes me want to vomit. And then forcing myself to eat a good sized meal leaves me miserably nauseous for the entirety of the day!
Also check this site just in case!
How it says that it happens with multiple partners only means that "usually" not always, because I have been with my husband for eight years and still have managed to have the overgrowth.
Hope this helps!

Okay, so you think it is that big having had it for 8 months- try me, I've had it for 10 YEARS! It started slowly and only lasting for a week or two at a time, but then, after one year of "one week on one week off", it didn't go away. I feel like I am about to throw up all the time. It is limiting me in doing things I would normally do, and enjoy, like riding roller coasters and flying in airplanes. I walk around all day every day, worrying that I might throw up at any point. The problem is that I am so extremely terrified of actually throwing up- it is my worst fear.
The nights are the worst. Because then I do nothing but lie there, waiting to fall asleep, just feeling the nausea everywhere in my body. Yeah, I have gotten so many problems out of this, the worst has definitely been me becoming suicidal, because I know that I am incapable of living my entire life like this. I just can't do it anymore.... :'(

Oh my god, i have the same problem as you do, ive been feeling nauseous for almost a year and i did all kinds of tests such as endoscopy and other ones and my doctor told me im completely fine physically! I believe that my nausea is caused by severe stress taht i got in my freshman year of college! I don't know what to do, i guess i have to see a psychologist, but my inssurance is over this month because i turn 19 :-(

Hello,
Just recently I have become extremely nauseous after eating. In the past I have always had a huge appitite. I have seen my doctor about shaking and muscle spassiums that I can't control within the last year, as he related it to anxiety. I do not actually vomit, I just feel as though I am going to, as well the random gagging does happen. Not to mention when I do have a good appitite, I end up on a toilet shortly after with diarrhea. Before this started to happened I was sitting at 129 pounds at 5'10 and now Im 119 on a good day. Im always sore and my sleep patterns have gone to hell. I have a strong mole one my back that is getting removed Nov 24th as it shows many signs of being abnormal (skin cancer) Could that play aroll in the way I feel???

Hi I have had the same issue for 8 months now. It came to me after I had the stomach flu. I haven't thrown up once but I always feel like I am going to because of this issue i have missed out on many things including trips, dates, hanging out with friends and many more. After I got my blood tested the doctor said I am completely healthy young man and there is nothing to worry about. I tried antacid pills and anything else in the book but it's not letting up. I am 13 years old and to have something like this at a young age really tics me off that I can't enjoy the things I can't when I'm older. I've tryed slowing down on dairy, junk food, stuff like tea coffe and energy drinks I haven't prayed since I was 4 years old and a couple nights ago I actually prayed for me to just be normal like everyone else. I am in desperate need of help! :'(

Gawd I've been feeling the same way too for about a year already, just randomly feeling nauseous every day, and I'm not even that stressed. I also feel particularly nauseous when I'm in front of computers for a while, I don't know if radiation's got anything to do with it. I went to see the doctor yesterday and she told me I could either be anemic or it could be something to do with glucose level, iron, or thyroid, or I could be just a chronically nauseous person. I'm going to do bloodworks this weekend, hopefully there's nothing too wrong with me. She told me to buy a anti-nausea wristband that people use when they experience motion sickness. I don't think it's working that much for me though. I also experienced diarrhea and constipation sometimes, but the doc said they shouldn't have caused my nausea. I was so worried that I could have cancer or a brain tumour or something, because brain tumours definitely cause nausea. but the doc said as long as I didn't lose weight or have fevers or lose my appetite, it's not cancer. I just hope I don't have some kind of incurable disease that nobody's ever had before =( Even anemia would be a bless to me! I just want this nausea to go away...sometimes i would be afraid that i would throw up in public places, but I never did.

This is crazy, FINALLY a bunch of people that know what im talking about! I have been nauseous for probably around a year, EVERYDAY! I am 29 M. I have been to serveral doctors and they say everything looks fine with me. I feel like saying "Well...I DONT FEEL FINE!" Its so frustrating because it really affects my quality of life, feeling like your gonna throw up any second. Ive figured out that it is the worst in the morning and around 6PM, although I am atleast a little nauseous the whole day. The nausea has affected my appitite so much that the only way I can eat is if i smoke marijuana before. I with throw up sometimes but usually i just gag when it gets real bad. I dont understand how the doctors have no idea what could cause me to have such severe nausea ALL THE TIME. I figured I would eventually find a doctor that would say "yeah you probably have this..." or "you might have this...." but so far I havent even gotten that yet. It sucks! it makes you not want to do anything, who wants to go out when they feel like they are gonna throw up? I would do ANYTHING to fix this problem but I dont know what i can do, my only hope is that one day I find a doctor that knows what this is. To everyone that posted I FEEL YOUR PAIN! ;-)

i want to know why i feel nauseas ALL THE TIME. like, my entire life, i've felt like this. as long as i can remember, its always like this. sometimes it gets worse, like when i get a bad cold and have a lot of mucus in my system, or when i eat something very rich or greasy or even just a lot of not-plain stuff (i.e. plain = plain bread, corn bread, mainly very simple grains), though not as often the last one. but this has plagued me for all my life, and its gotten worse lately (i suspect due to stress, not as the main cause, but as a newer factor). if anybody has any ideas, i'd love to hear them!
btw, i'm:
male, 18, approx. 6'
currently approx. 160 lbs
used to be 150lbs and about 4'9"-5'3" when i was 12 yrs old (i had a chubby build, a round face as opposed to my now very defined/ prominent facial structure)
then was 125lbs and about 5'9" about 6-10 months after that last measurement (about 13yrs old, and a VERY slender build, near annorexic appearence)
and ever since then i have been slowly regaining the weight as muscle and fat, and right now i'm a slender/athletic build with a slight gut.

Hello everyone! I am writing this because my daughter is 16 and has randomly been vomiting for the past couple years and I have had her to the doctor and at first they kept giving her antibiotics because they thought she might have an infection, but it did'nt help. I would take her back after 3 different times of antibiotics and they would give her a stomach pill called Reglan and it did'nt and finally they sent her to a Specialist in Lexington Ky. Thats about 2 hrs away from us and he thought it could be stress, but I really don't know why she would be stressed out We have a happy home. But the doctor is scheduling her to have a Endoscope done and hopefully this will tell me what is going on with her. She has missed a lot of school for this and I can't afford to take her to the doctor everytime she misses to get an excuse for school so I hope they can tell me what is causing this on Wed. March 30 her appt date.

Hey, so I have had problems with nausea for about 3 years. What is different from some of your stories is that I never puke anymore, I feel just on the verge of puking pretty much all the time, but I have gotten to where I just don't, and it stinks. I sometimes have diarrhea, but most of the time I don't. My mom has celiac disease, and she used to have similar problems to mine, only she puked, I don't EVER puke. Anyways, we are going to be getting me tested for celiac disease soon, I think some of you might want to try getting tested for it. My Mother had been tested for everything like some of you, and she didn't find out about the celiac until she was 35, and she had the problems with nausea since she was 10 years old. Seriously, at least get tested just to make sure, good luck.
