Stress and anxiety is likely the culprit for all the stomach issues listed in this post.  Then, just being anxious and fearful about being nauseated feeds the very problem and makes you nauseated. Your brain is so powerful, it can make you sick.  The best course of action is to buy the book "Hope and Help for Your Nerves" by Claire Weeks. It's old, but good.  Also, try to start an exercise program, like walking - which is hard to do when you are nauseated all the time.  Try Yoga and meditation. They have been proven to heal the brain!  Of course, seeing a good therapist may help, as well.  If you've ruled out medical causes, it's likely you that is making you sick.

I too have suffered from extreme nausea on and off for the past few years and it's so debilitating and affects your whole life - impossible to make plans - esp in the morning when it comes. I've had cures for a while at times - anti-depressants have helped at times - and acupuncture was amazing for a while - i went to the acupuncturist and i had an overnight cure! i kept going to her for quite a while and the symptoms went away entirely but sadly when they came back and i went back to her, it didn't seem to make a difference. Not sure if it would have had I persisted? Anyway for me I have felt it has been part of a huge spiritual awakening and I started meditation classes which have opened me up to a whole new world.

Ive been feeling like this too. Im 15 and last year i went through a stage were anything I ate made me feel nauseous. I had several trips to the doctors and had a weigh in every two weeks so that i was maintaing weight. Around 2 weeks ago i had a stomach bug been feeling off it ever since. Its awful when you have to pretend to be okay in front people when you feel like c**p. Has anyone got an answer to why I may be feeling like this..?

This sounds like what I am going through! Nauseous all the time, sweets turn my stomach and I used to love my donuts! Losing weight, but I am assuming its because I dont want to eat! Occasional light headedness, probably due to not eating much. The only thing I am interested in eating is fresh fruit. But, I stay sick to my stomach all the time. Its worse in the morning and evening. I do work so most of the time I am too busy to notice it until lunch time. I have no insurance and could afford a dr visit but not the lab work I am sure they would order. I am just at a loss.

I feel nauceous every other day. I never throw up but I don't know if its a sign that my period is coming back or what. Usually sleeping it off and putting a pillow on my stomach helps. I'm about to be a teenager but when I was six, I had stomach surgery and I had to get my appendix taken out. Do you think it has something to do with my appendix?

I feel you girl. I'm 13 years old and I've been nauseous and stressed for the past 3 months. However, the stress has gone away but the nausea hasn't. Especially when I do the things that make you feel nauseous like physical activities and stuff like that. I too have given up coffee and done hours upon hours of research. And on top of that, my parents refuse to take me to a doctor. (They're not abusive its just that my doctor ordered medication without seeing me.) But great fricking news, he misdiagnosed me with acid reflux. So now I'm missing a couple of days of school and now I have to see more people that I don't want to because I have anxiety of meeting new people. And I thought being a teenager would be so much easier.

Did you ever get a diagnosis? I have a son, 20, going thru same thing for 40 days now. We are at wits end, no one can diagnose him. He's been thru cat scans, blood tests, IV's for dehydration. Just constant nausea and throwing up. He has lost 30 pounds in last 40 days. Been tested for gallbladder, diabetes, upper GI came back negative. Anti nausea meds dont do anything. Looking for answers...

I've been going through the EXACT SAME THING. I went to the doctor and he suggested that it was a urinary infection. He prescribed medicine for me to take twice a day for a week and I've been feeling some what better. I recently finished it and I'm seeing what's gonna happen now. My body stopped shaking, my nausea is not so intense but I still feel nauseous! I just want it to stop! I've taken 3 blood tests and full body tests twice but nothing came up. I've tried taking vitamins for b12 anemia and eating for vitamin deficiency but nothing is making me feel completely better. You should try the unrinary infection medication and see what happens. Just a little advice from someone to someone else.

Oh my gosh same here! I pray to god everyday becaus eive tried EVERYTHING! Sometimes I feel like crying because I just want to feel normal. I totally forgot what it felt like to sleep normally, walk without feeling dead, and literally sitting down without nausea. I feel like it's taking over my life and I don't know what to do.

Go to an Endochronologist to check HPA Axis Dysregulation. Also check for Fibromyalgia.
