Stress and anxiety is likely the culprit for all the stomach issues listed in this post. Then, just being anxious and fearful about being nauseated feeds the very problem and makes you nauseated. Your brain is so powerful, it can make you sick. The best course of action is to buy the book "Hope and Help for Your Nerves" by Claire Weeks. It's old, but good. Also, try to start an exercise program, like walking - which is hard to do when you are nauseated all the time. Try Yoga and meditation. They have been proven to heal the brain! Of course, seeing a good therapist may help, as well. If you've ruled out medical causes, it's likely you that is making you sick.

I too have suffered from extreme nausea on and off for the past few years and it's so debilitating and affects your whole life - impossible to make plans - esp in the morning when it comes. I've had cures for a while at times - anti-depressants have helped at times - and acupuncture was amazing for a while - i went to the acupuncturist and i had an overnight cure! i kept going to her for quite a while and the symptoms went away entirely but sadly when they came back and i went back to her, it didn't seem to make a difference. Not sure if it would have had I persisted? Anyway for me I have felt it has been part of a huge spiritual awakening and I started meditation classes which have opened me up to a whole new world.
