Could be lactose intolerance.
Apparently many people only develop it in adulthood.
Try cutting lactose out of your diet for a week and see if you feel any better.

If you don't have insurance, try taking yourself of all gluten for a month and see if that helps...Gluten is in a lot of things (even lipstick and some red meat and seafood that uses 'meat glue'), so get a list on line..and a lot of people can't tolerate it. otherwise go to a GI doctor. If one dr. isnt helpful try a different. Dr.'s are just like any other business...some are good and some aren't as good. I've found if you're under 65 they think you are paranoid or depressed. If you give them your old insurance card, they will likely not know until later and then just bill you. Not that decieving a dr. is a good thing, but you need to get some help! I've had the same problem (the whole reason I finally got insurance). The tests they want to do aren't cheap. But, medical bills are looked at differently on your credit report and many dr.'s will negotiate a payment plan with you. You can also, just show up at an E.R. when your symptoms are bad and they will do all sorts of test and bill later (they can't turn you away). Or get health insurance...pay for it for the time you are getting the tests and then cancel (1-2 months). It will cover you while you are paying. You could also try accupunture. i've had great results with that for past issues. If traditional medicine can't find anything it can't hurt. Prices aren't cheap, but try negotiating...Better for them to make $30 than nothing!
I've had the same thing for a long time and it's been getting worse. It sounds like something is deff. not right for you. After lots of dr.'s just blowing me off I'm finally getting some where...not that I have any answer yet. But at least they are starting to listen and not think I'm a hypochondriac. I've started throwing up what looks like dried blood (lovely) and can't count on keeping any meal down. Restaruants are no fun. Plus, lately I have absolutely no energy. I sleep 14 hours a day and need to do that and lay around for a week to have 1-2 good days. I can't work, don't go to the gym lately and can barely keep up with normal stuff (laundry, cooking, etc). Uhhhggg
