I have had severe aches and pains, fever, sore teeth, swollen glands and sweats. This was in Dec 06, now my partner has the same symptoms and I am worried that this could be related to HIV as i had a one night stand with a girl about 3 weeks before my symptoms. Am I being paranoid or could this be a local flu as i have heard other people with similar symptoms in the area.
