My very good friend is aerobic instructor so I asked him to make me some exercising program. He did it very fast but I was not satisfied when I saw he combined me aerobics with lifting weight. I know he is very good instructor but I don't want to build up my muscles and look like man. Would I choose only aerobic for my training?

Hi, although you think that your friend made mistake he didn't. Lifting weight is very good combination with aerobic as it make great results much faster. Aerobic training is burning your fats while lifting weight builds your muscles. You wouldn't worry about your muscle mass if you work out with small weights which you may lift more than 10 times. This kind of exercising program will make your figure tight and firm and you will be very satisfied with it.
