i am 14 years old
i start lifting weights recently. i don't lift heavy weights, around 10-12 pounds max.
i am just asking if i can be 100% sure that i will keep growing.
i am now 161 cm (5"3).

Hi, i think you should continue lifting your weight but you might take some precautions while doing so. Make sure you research enough about the proper way of exercising before you start. As for your height and your concern about growing i think that working out wont stumble your growth. Just make sure you are not lifting weights over your head while standing because that could impair your height a little. There is a vast number of exercises that wont hurt your height.
