for about 3 years I've had bumps on my labia minora and majora

I'm 14 years old and have had my period almost a year and for about 3 years I've had bumps on my labia minora and majora they;ve seem to shrink on the majora but not the minora they aren't painful and from what I've read this is a STD but I've had sex. There is no off smell or any signs to think i have a yeast infection.
