It is very very unlikely that you would be pregnant from it.
For one you would need to be very wet around your vagina entrance for any sperm that was present to survive then the precum would have to actually need to be right at the entrance of your vagina and of course it all so depends if you was at your most fertile stage when the sperm got there.
