I think it very unlikely you have become pregnant. Pre cum does not usually contain sperm, well this all depends on when the guy last went for a wee, if your partner went to the bathroom before starting to interact with you it's likely no sperm were in the pre cum. In addition because he gave it a wipe he may have removed most of it. Had this been full ejaculate having wiped it off there is always the smallest possibility, but again as you state it did not enter your vagina it's most unlikely to have caused a pregnancy. Don't worry your period should come soon :)
