Foreskin build up permanent retraction and that is causing a slight discomfort

When i keep my foreskin retracted for a while the foreskin builds up behind the glands when flaccid and causes slight discomfort is there a way to stop this ?? Thanks...

I'm not a doctor, sorry, but i think the problem for you is that the foreskin when it covers your head keeps it from drying out and if you keep it rolled back all the time it becomes more sensitive and less well protected
