Hi Guest,
It's a common problem but usually nothing you can't resolve yourself.
Your foreskin should be able to easily slide over the glans when erect. Usually this resolves by about 16 or so. Since it isn't really talked about most guys don't know what they need to do to help resolve this.
You need to stretch your foreskin so that it can slide over the glans more easily. You can do this by getting an erection and pulling down on the shaft skin OR by using your fingers to spread the opening of the foreskin. Do this as often as you can. You don't have to hurt yourself but there may be some discomfort. Since you were able to retract the foreskin you probably don't have to stretch it very much.
With more sexual activity it will also stretch.
You'll also find the glans very sensitive. That's normal. The nerves have been covered your entire life and aren't used to being touched.
Hope it helps.

Yes, it can do the same thing having sex. The only way to know for sure is to try though. Using a condom can keep it from rolling back and may make it more comfortable for you, for now.
This happens to A LOT of guys. Once you stretch it, and having sex will help do that, it'll be fine.
