Alright, so about 2 months ago I was diagnosed with an inguinal Hernia. Now, I am a freshman in college and my doctor decided to just wait and see if the symptoms will go away. I stopped lifting all together and I dont exceed lifting anything heavier than 30 lbs (as directed by the doctor). I had no ultrasound taken of the area, just took Aleve for about a week to get rid of the inflammation. It went away pretty much with the occasional instances of coming back if I stress it a bit too much (not sure if he wants to wait a while before getting surgery or maybe even not getting any at all).
Now to the real problem, since I was diagnosed with the hernia, I had one time where i kept losing my erection during sex. Now this also depended on the position, which was very weird. Then, it went away and about a week ago, I began having a lot of problems. I sufffer from very frequent urination now, mostly at night (I would have to go constantly; sometimes it feels like I really need to even though its just a few drops). Now, I feel no burning sensation when urinating, but the urine is quite cloudy and sometimes I actually get some sperm out (I could tell because of the stringy nature of it). Also, I am experiencing the loss of erections sometimes again, and even very bad premature ejaculation. I would get it in less than a minute really and I cant do anything about it, it like forces itself out (its not really painful but it doesn't feel anything like an orgasm, its very weird). Its like I have no control over it. I'm looking online and it seems like the hernia cant really be causing all of this, but I don't know what else would. Any ideas? (I am also getting a bit of discomfort down there, not mild pain but the annoying type occasionally).
Please help me I feel really bad about this.

I had a bladder infection once that made me feel like I had to go when there was nothing there. So most of thime I could only get out a few drops when I thought the dam was going to break. Have you seen a doctor yet?
That was an easy and quick thing to cure.

I have not actually. I'm very preoccupied with finals at the moment and who knows maybe stress is the cause of the other symptoms but I will be seeing one about this next week.
