I have had this issue on and off for many years.It seems that when I'm not using lube during sex or whacking off without lubrication, I have this issue.The first time this happened to me, I went to see my GP. He said use anti-fungal cream like clotrimazole. I told him "Don't f**k around. I use this for athletes foot".He said, "The active ingredients in the anti-fungal cream heals wounds".So guys I know that you might think that anti-fungal cream sounds counterintuitive but I bear testament that it works.

1. Alkaline water strongest pH level 2.5 if you can (I have alkaline water machine
2. Whole leaf aloe Vera gel (also drinkable) internal cleanse . Dilute half glass with water
3. Vitamin E oil , eliminate the painful post rub down of the Penis for moisture .
Get a small-medium bowl enough to fit both balls and penis . No judgement guys lol . Not to big , you don't want to waste product , plus you also will need to straddle over the bowl

Glad I'm not the only one with this issue. Been dealing with it for awhile and i'm pretty self conscious about it. One of the very few flaws of f*****g like a champ lol. I've tried a variety of solutions but the best combination I've used is...
Rest - Give yourself some time to heal up. No sex, and really try not to crank one out on your own. You actually may feel more productive after a few days of not jerkin your merkerkin.
Air - Try to let some fresh air in there. You dont want to keep in moist all the time, you want the skin to scab over
Lotion/medication - I was using a variety of creams from steroid to neosporin to coconut oil. Best solution I've used thus far has been Maderma. Its a solution for scars and I've found it to be the only thing to return the pigment back to the original tone. Everything else was leaving it red and raw looking.
My biggest advice would be, once its looking all healed up, dont go raw! Not for awhile. I'd recommend using a condom and actually lube up your tube steak before you put the sock on. You dont want that new skin to rip right off again and then have to start all over again.
I think diet has some more to do with it as well. I'd recommend looking into supplements that help with skin rejuvenation and also alkaline foods.

Hi.Use clotrimazoleon it.It will solve your problem very quickly.Clotrimazole is classed as an anti fungal, however this is an off label use for clotrimazole.I use Madaspor brand.

I am back after a successful treatment. Writing this for someone in need of help like I was a few months ago. Mine lasted for almost 6months. that is absolutely correct there is no need for antibiotic creams if you have no infection there's no need for that basically the simple thing is to let it breathe be naked every once in awhile apply a cool compress on your penis or sensitive area just to cool it downjust let it heal naturally it'll take about a month if you do not irritate the area meaning jack off or have sex the month is well worth the wait guaranteed unless you enjoy a lot of pain preferably I do not I have the. Here's my two cents. Same exact problem,skin abrasion in a non-critical area so I can (still) have sex, but it's slightly painful in the beginning. Once it's in, things GI smoother. In her rectum, it hetd slightly more difficult. Still doable, but I was seeking a solution, and the best one is - rest :-)

After suffering for about a month from a friction burn scabbing, peeling and using neosporin and hydrocortisone 1% here's what worked for me.
1. Tattoo Goo Salve. it has a lot of great natural ingredients and heals tattoos
2. Lotrimin Ultra
3. Desitin
For a few days I used tattoo goo the most, some lotrimin from time to time and also the desitin. Not sure what worked but it cleared up. I was ready to do anything at that point.
