Hello! Does anybody know if frozen dinner diets are any good? How harmful can they be? All replies welcome!!!

Hi! Surprisingly some experts say that frozen dinner diets can be a part of a healthful diet! One just has to choose the proper frozen entrees. One needs to be careful as some of the frozen entrees are high in calories, high in saturated fat, and high in sodium, it would be best to read the nutrition labels first to find out what's inside. The best frozen entrees are those that have no more than 7g of fat and 400 calories. If you choose any of these, then you could add a vegetable or a high-calcium food like non-fat yogurt to your dinner. I heard that the best frozen dinners are Lean Cuisine, Healthy Choice and Weight Watchers.
