Fumaderm contains monoethylfumarate and dimethylfumarate, esters of fumaric acid. Fumedica GmbH produces Fumaderm and Fumaderm initial. I think that it may be arranged that patients outside Germany can use these products. You should contact Fumedica directly. I can suggest you to try with kalawala, its trade names are difur and leucostat. Kalawala contains polypodium leucotomos and seems to be very helpful in treatment of psoriasis.
