I am concern about my gawn cheek on the right side of my face, it is not noticeable even thought the left side of the cheek feels more meatier than the right side. I also experience tightness on the right side on swallowing - from the right side of the tongue down my neck - my right side of the neck and throat seems to be the side that is doing most of the swallowing job. I also experience tingling or burning sensation on my tongue, the tingling comes and goes, and sometimes felt on one side, other time the whole tongue, however, most of the time it is felt on the right side of the tongue. I always this innate feeling that the root of this problem is probably comes from the back of my neck. I would be grateful is someone can point me to the appropriate medical direction.
