What are the chances of getting pregnant from having protected (condom) intercourse about 2 days before I got my period? I still got my "period" it was 3 days late, it came 4 days after intercourse but it was a little shorter than usual, still lasting about 5 days.

It's very unlikely. You had sex about days 24-26 of your cycle.
Normally, you'd ovulate between days 11-16 of your cycle. The egg is not viable 48 hours after ovulation so that brings you to day 18.
Plus you were protected.
Sometimes your period can be a bit different for unknown reasons.
I don't think you're pregnant.
