I gave up cigarettes 78 days ago,I ended up in hospital with pneumonia(where I gave up) and nearly lost my life,after getting out of hospital I found I couldn't be around people who smoked as the smoke made my pneumonia affected lung ache,so I just hermitized myself till I was better and now I honestly couldn't think of anything worse than putting on cigarette in my mouth,let alone light it,I'm using patches but I've found it easy so far....i think I was just ready
