my daughter has had a swollen area around the groin on one side for the past couple of months which appeared after she noticed some small lesions around the top her thighs. she recently found out these were hpv genital warts. The doctor said he didn't know what the growth was, but it was "suspicious". Could this be a reaction to the virus? She needs to get a biopsy of this swollen area. She is very worried that it might be cancer. Wouldn't the doctor have told her right there that this could be something very serious and need of immediate attention if he was truly worried about lymphoma or some other terrible disease
