A few months ago I started getting this swelling on my gums next to my cheek under one of my molars that has a huge cavity (I've been trying to get the tooth pulled but as it turns out the molar behind that one is actually coming up at an angle and pushing the first one out from the roots and because of how close it is which is touching I will need to pay about 2 thousand dollars to get it pulled and my mother doesn't have insurance or the money for me to get that done) and it used to be just between my gums and my cheek and whenever I popped it first a mixture of white and black puss came out of it then blood. It would heal by the next morning and a few days later another one would show up so I just kept doing the same thing. Then oddly they stopped showing up and the pain from my tooth went away for a while. Well about a week ago the pain came back much worse than ever and the under side of my jaw was sore and it feels like there's almost a rock on my jaw line in my skin that I can move but it seems like part of my jaw as well. Whenever I touch the underside of my jaw, swallow drinks, food, or even my own saliva I get a sharp pain in the right side of my throat which might be strep throat I honestly don't know. I started looking at my gums a little closer earlier today (February 2, 2013) and it looks as though what WAS on my gums next to my cheek is now on the other side. Its next to my tongue and any sort of contact makes me want to take a needle to it and pop the SOB open but I'm cautious because a few days ago a light brown liquid was seeping out of my gums around that molar and in my sleep I had swallowed some of it and it made me sick a few hours after I had woken up. Earlier today when I was in the bathroom looking at my gums I tried to pop it like I used to in class, by sticking a finger in my mouth, putting it under the "swelling" and sort of pushing up and when I did it before it would always pop with little to no pain but when I tried pushing up it felt like someone was taking a nail putting it against the swelling and trying to pound it in with a hammer. I'm literally reaching the end of my pain tolerance because now it almost feels like the lymph node under the right side of my jaw is swelling again. Please if anyone has any, literally, inexpensive ways to keep the pain away even if its enough for me to get even ONE good night sleep please, please, PLEASE tell me.
