I ONLY 1 MONTHS TO JOIN gym 

but there are no  TRAINER .....

CAN ANY BUDDY TELL ME 6 DAYS BODY WORK OUT ...........

WITH SETS............. PLZ...................

Hi,

Have you worked out before or is this your first time.? Are you looking to gain mass or to lose some fat and define muscles?

If you are new a 6 day workout is way too much. You should always rest for at least a day between workouts . Also, you need change your nutrition a bit and eat stuff that has a lot of proteins.

I do not think that it is good for you to join a gym, which is not having a trainer. This should be good, if you have experience and you can carryout by your own. If someone will give you some schedule, then it will not work for you. You need to have everything depending on your physic and weight that how much you can afford.
