Hard lump on my testicle

Help i am 12 years old and have a flat rectangle attached to my right testicle never yet seen a doctor pls reply afraid it is cancer.!

I highly doubt it's cancer and here's why. From what i've read on most medicle sites a cancerous lump will NOT be painful. If there is pain in the lump whether your touching it or not it's is highly unlikely that it is cancer.

Im 12 and 3months till im 13 and i just got this lump on my left testicle... I found out about it yesterday while in the shower... Im not sure what it is or anything its just a little bit smaller than a pea and when i touch it it doesnt really hurt and im afraid that its cancer or something but i really dont know and it would be a bit awkward to sell my dad.. cause im not used to having awkward stuff like this happening to me and having to tell people like my dad, mom or anyone i know really about it so can anyone please reply on this and help me out a bit? D:

hello, im 17 year's old and i have 4 strange small lumps on my left testicle, they dont cause discomfort i noticed them about 2 days ago they havent got any bigger but it is starting to wory me, do you think i should wait a week and se if they get any bigger befor consulting a doctor?

If the lump feels like a tubelike duct and is connected to the testicle it is normal. I feel it on my left too (also 17 yrs old). It's called epididymis.

I also have the same problem except that the lump did not grow.

Yesterday I went to see the doctor and they told me that they need an ultrasound in the area to know what the "lump" is.

hey ,,,, i was playing cricket and my left testicle was hit by ball and now i feel something next to my left testicles ,,,,, its not paining ... i just have a very little pain,,, what is this ? is this sumthing dangerous ?

Hi,
Am a 14 yeah old
And I have like this bumps in my testicle's and i dont knoe what it is!
Am scared because i dont knoe if its bad or normal. But its itchy sometimes' and am worried about it.

i got the same thing, painless lump on my left testicle, i feel my epidimytus and its about a half inch away from that, could the lump be on a tube connected to the epidimytus? thanks
