These orange particles are likely from the seminal vesicles and not from the prostate. They are seminal vesicle calculi. If they were stuck for a long time they will be harder but crush into sand. If they are newer they are more like sediment and softer. I have a utricle cyst which partially blocks my ejaculatory ducts and these orange sediment particles build up behind the cyst and cause full blockage of the seminal vesicle (primarily the left one) until I ejaculate enough times to clear the passage. But it reblocks within a few days. It’s a horrible problem to deal with. But for me at least it looks like the root cause is a prostatic utricle cyst that caused my left seminal vesicle to possibly get seminal vesiculitis and keep producing this orange particle sediment. As far as I know the only cure is transurethral seminal vesiculoscopy with a cyst resection. It’s possible that needle aspiration of the cyst would cure it, and maybe the orange particles will stop when the cyst is gone. If you don’t have a cyst, you could still have seminal vesiculitis.

but people have lab results saying 100% protein. Calculi are not protein. Typically they are calcium.

As an update from me. I had nothing since September then all of a sudden I got a few smaller particles then a few bigger ones. I'll see if it goes again for me I've had no supplements or anything since September my only thing is that they seem to always follow a couple of days after I've been drinking alcohol and possible dehydration...

I found something that suggests they are seminal vesicle calculi.

This article says they’re very rare - but maybe people don’t know they have them. It seems that people in this thread all have something similar. I’ve had 2 occasions of this - one recently and one probably 5 or 6 years ago.

Thanks. I'll give that a read. My mri came back clear unless it just happened to be that I'd cleared them before the mri scanner. It's been 6 or 7 months which is about the right amount of time for stones to form... All that came up on my mri was a mild inflammation of the prostate.

I’m a 16 year old boy and I have been masturbating since I was 12 - These orange solids have only been appearing in my sperm ever since I took my first round of normal preventive HPV/STD Protection Vaccines last year and I will be receiving at least one more round of the immunizations for it and from what I’ve noticed; The Vaccine seems to be the root cause because I noticed that after the second round of my immunization cooldown period ended; the orange crystals seemed to have disappeared but as soon as I received my next set of immunizations; they came back and will probably stay with me for a little while longer. (Please Note: I’m still a virgin and have never engaged in any sexual activity that would put me at such a risk as giving me an STD.)

This happened to me recently, the 2nd time ejaculating my semen went back to normal. I do think the cause of them are supplements. I've been taking vitamin d3 k2 and zinc.. Saw palmetto, pumpkin seed oil.
I'm going to reduce my d3 intake and stop the zinc and see

These orange waxy stones are called seminal vesicle calculi. Can be caused by cysts or infection. Usually nothing to worry about. I have suffered for 20 years with them. Sometimes I go years without them, sometimes I have a couple of (month long) episodes a year.

This happened to me a year or so ago. My urologist didn't know what it was but he prescribed me with 7 days of antibiotics and the problem was gone so I later assumed it was some kind of infection.

I had two occasions month ago, where these orange particles came with semen, and I felt that there is something "blocking" part of the ejaculation. No blood or other symptoms whatsoever. And this was first time I ever had these, and they seemed to go away after a week.

But the thing I want to ask is, have any of you have had your sperm analyzed? I had completely normal sperm count 1,5 year ago, but last week when I went to give a sample, they found almost no sperm from it. I'm going to have testicular ultrasound next month, waiting to see if they find anything. I'm assuming the orange particles and the "blockage" has something to do with it, but I'll report back when I have the results.

Yeah it sounds like you have the same stones but they are blocking the tubes. They will pass on there own you may get some blood but you're doing the right thing getting checked. I was lucky enough to have private medical insurance (UK) and managed to get a mri for it which showed no abnormalities and just a slight irritation of the prostate which they think was caused by a minor infection which probably produced the stones.
