From what I have read online: TURED is a horrible procedure with high risks and you should not do it for this condition.

Transperrenial needle cyst aspiration, transurethral cyst deroofing with holmium laser, and transurethral seminal vesiculoscopy are the procedures worth considering and to ask your urologist about. The online information says these procedures are minimally invasive and very low risk with high cure rates. I am currently deciding whether to live with the condition (Midline prostatic cyst plus intermittent sexual dysfunction and discomfort from these orange crystals when they get stuck in the ducts and block my vesicles, temporarily cured when the crystals come out) or to get one of these procedures

Hi guys help . I’m booked with TURED in 2 weeks . I’m going to a top doctor in the country . I have azoospermia due to a 12mn prostatic cyst . Please either I do TURED or TESA with IVF. Shall I do tured or just extract sperm from balls for IVF?! I’m confused . But then the blockage will be there forever in only 31

Anybody who may come across this - are there any of you who seemed to develop this issue after taking high doses of antihistamines for a consistent period of time? I see a lot of people talking about whey protein and creatine but that doesn’t apply to me (age 31 male).

Found this thread with google, sharing what worked for me. I had this problem for a couple weeks, did STD tests (all negative), did some other suggestions like drink more water etc. Then I realized I had started taking the BAYER One-A-Day men's vitamins (sold by Costco) not long before this started. I stopped taking them, and within a few days, my entire orange jelly/crystals in sperm problem totally went away. Hope this helps someone

Ive just had my first one, was having pain in my pelvis and urethra for a while but i had a really bad habit of stopping the ejaculate by pressing on the vas defence between the balls and the anus. Been doing this for a long time and doing something called retrograde ejaculation (i know its not healthy and ive stopped now). Ive only seen one crystal and like everyone else says it breaks down like sand. I was shocked at the size as you would think of anything coming out your urethra and finally shifted after abstaining for 9 days at least and had a big ejaculate. There was pain in my space around between the anus and balls, pain leading into the tube on one testicle and leading up the shaft. (Sorry for the graphic detail)

Again i had a short period of terrible diet, dehydration, protein shakes, creatine and stress. I also started feeling throbbing slightly in one toe which makes me thing increases in uric acid was not helping (never suffered with gaot but it runs in the family). Trying to get back to a healthy lifestyle now and see how it goes. Went to a doctor and they did a urine dip and there was litterally no sign of bacteria or anything wrong.

I've just developed these symptoms too recently. Tiny orange, jelly looking things, almost look like 1-2mm drops of orange oil. About 2 or 3 found in my semen currently. The last 2 times I've checked I had a tiny orgasm without any semen coming out, and I went limp as if I did ejaculate. But I kept going and eventually did ejaculate properly, with pain and the stone like things.

I barely drink water, only tea/coffee. For supplements I took some high dosage magnesium and vitamin D about a month ago which I've stopped as it gave me heartburn. I've been on whey isolate protein powder for about a year consistently, and I go to the gym 3 days per week. My overall diet is pretty good I'd say, although it is very protein heavy as I'm trying to gain muscle - lots of chicken, ground beef, eggs, peanut butter, etc. My only real vice is a small piece of chocolate I have after dinner with a cup of tea.

About 4 days ago I upped my water intake to 2.5L per day, I have 2.2L jug that I make sure I finish. It makes me pee about 2-3 times per hour due to the consumption but I finish the jug by late afternoon/early evening. So far this hasn't made a difference but will keep it going.

I've decided to stop with the protein shakes too, the last one I had was 3 days ago (2 scoops of whey with oat milk). So far no joy, but I'm not sure how long it would take to see results.

I'll give it to the end of the week with the water and no supplements and report back.

Sooo, I've just had this happen to me, started about 3 weeks ago.

Large & small orange solids/crystals just as described, pain during ejaculation, relief once it's out. Solids started out small (think semolina/couscous, then got bigger and more numerous after a few days (think bulgur) incl. blood, probably from the large hard crystals coming through.

Went to 2 urologists, none of them had heard of it before. Had a bacterial analysis done on the ejaculate, nothing found, it was basically deemed sterile, so no infection. Prostate examined and ultra-sounded, no pain or signs of inflammation.

I don't take protein supplements, drink normally and eat a balanced diet.
As some other posters have mentioned, I have been in the habit of holding back ejaculation over long periods to prolong the pleasure.

My current urologist reckoned it might maybe, possibly, be down to localised damage to the urethra in the prostate area, possibly due to me recently getting into sounding games with my partner (look it up). But since no one else in this thread seems to have mentioned anything similar, I'm not really sure about this.

After about a week the solids started getting smaller again and less nunerous, no more blood, and now another week later it seems to have basically cleared up.

Let's see if it stays this way. If it does come back I'll go in for an MRI and see what else there is to see.

I think it's dumbfounding that this forum is literally the only place where I was able to find any information at all on this thing. Almost makes me feel special.
