i have the same issue as well, now at the age of 16 my hormones are at the breaking point of more testosterone forming in my body, and i get erected randomly even when i don't want to it just happens so the only way i can calm my male Gen down is by ejaculating. Ever since a month ago i've had these hard dark orange, translucent crystals that poke or hurt the tip of my penis, when it comes through my sperm. I examined it because i prayed it wasn't kidney stones but that would't have made sense because they usually come around when you urinate. this past week i ejackulated 3 times and in those 3 times i've had about 6-9 of these crystals come out, today September 13th 2018 i've had 9 of them come out and that really badly hurt the tip and scared the sh*t out of me. I'm very curious to know what it is, i haven't slept with a girl for about a month and 'ive used a condom. I just want if this is something ok or very serious, so that i can report this to my Doctor.

I’m currently 38. I had these for a several years after having chronic prostatitis that progressively got worse for about a decade. First I felt a knot in my prostate for a year, then my semen became more yellow or brown, then I started having these exact same orange particles in my semen. A couple time the particles cut me on exit and had blood in semen. All of this was along with prostate or seminal vesicles inflammation.

I was able to cure it by doing the following several times a week for many months: eating one clove of raw garlic followed by a vigorous prostate drainage/massage and also eating cranberries and cutting out bacon. This treatment worked but I still have prostatitis (irritated and inflamed prostate) on and off but my semen is white and no orange particles.

After this I also tried antibiotics to finish off the prostatitis, first one dose of azithromycin if it was chlanydia and then a combination tetracycline and an edta suppository Incase it is nanobacteria. Neither of these treatments have fully cured my prostatitis and it’s been over 2 months since I stopped. But I have white semen and haven’t had any orange particles since.

What was the reason

I believe these orange crystals are cause by one of two things.

-infection is the most likely. Some type of micro-organism, maybe chlamydia or other bacteria that can hide undetected in prostate or seminal vesicle

-uric acid accumulation from eating foods high in purines. But I think infection is the causative agent here as well and the accumulation of uric acid is simply a symptom (but eliminating high purine foods like bacon will lessen or eliminate the amount of orange solids in semen anyways)

So there you go. I believe it’s a cryptic, hard to detect infection either way

Further update: The overwhelming evidence indicates that these orange solids in semen are the result of an infection in your seminal vesicle. The origin of this infection is unknown but here are some theories:

-it could be sexual
-it could be from reflux semen from edging or withholding ejaculation that carried with it a microbe from the urethra or prostate
-it could be from the blood or gut

These stones in the seminal vesicle may somehow be related to bacterial biofilms, or the body itself trying to seal off the bacteria through calcification. Eating high purine foods such as bacon may make the severity of these stones worse for unknown reason

The best cure I’ve found for these stones is eliminating the infection. The body may do this naturally, or it may last forever in which case you have to kill the infection with either antibiotics or eating raw garlic and doing seminal vesicle drainages with your fingers. I was able to cure these stones with raw garlic and drainages, but the infection keeps coming back (without stones) and I now am going to have to do several rounds of rectally administered antibiotics. Good luck to everyone and I hope this info helps

The origin of these stones is likely the seminal vesicle, not the prostate. They are right near each other. Infection and/or uric acid accumulation are the likely culprits

High protein diet, especially bacon, will likely make it worse. However the root cause is likely an infection of the seminal vesicle (seminal vesculitis). If this infection wasn’t there, you could eat as much protein and purines as you want without getting orange crystals in your semen (unless you have gout).

Chlamydia is the most likely infectious pathogen causing these orange solids / stones in semen. It is able to hide in the prostate and seminal vesicle area and cause multiple symptoms which vary from person to person and may include

-prostatitis
-seminal vesiculitis
-orange semen stones
-blood in semen (Hematospermia)
-recurring kidney or Perenium pain
-pelvic inflammatory disease or pelvic pain syndrome
-painful ejaculation
-other symptoms of sexual or ejaculatiry dysfunction

You may test negative for chlamydia in standard tests , you need to have a NAAT test using flouressence of your prostatic fluid or semen

Oral antibiotics have a hard time curing this and you may need long term rectal antibiotics or prostate injections because of the way chlamydia hides in your body.

OK, I've had these orange solids before, and I too was concerned about what was causing them. They'd mysteriously come and go over the course of a few years.

In my case I can tell you with 100% certainty it was from vitamin supplements. More specifically too much vitamin B. I figured this out when I started taking a B vitamin complex. Shortly after I started the B complex the orange solids appeared, and I got suspicious so I stopped the B complex. The orange solids went away after I stopped.

I highly suspect the men here who are experiencing this problem are taking vitamin supplements. I'm not against supplements (I still take vitamins), but make sure you are not getting too much vitamin B.

I posted as a guest a few above this. I suggested this was likely chlamydia, but since I still have this problem I did a microgen dna semen test and they found staphylococcus epidermidis and corynebacterium tuberculostearicum in the semen. These are both naturally found in human skin, but also linked to prostatitis and seminal vesiculitis. The orange particles we are talking about are possibly biofilms of bacteria like these.

Here are the facts I have narrowed down:

These orange particles are coming from our seminal vesicles.

They have potential to block ejaculatory ducts, sealing off your seminal vesicle. When this happens your ejaculation will appear more normal and white, without the orange particles, but you will have pelvic pain from the blockage.

When you do a lot of prostate massage and multiple ejaculations in a row, you might unblock the ducts, and your yellowish seminal vesicle fluid and these orange particles will be in your semen again

I don’t know for sure what these orange particles are, but they are likely bacterial biofilms. Antibiotics might help, if that doesn’t work then there is transurethral seminal vesiculoscopy

The medical term for this problem is most likely prostatitis and seminal vesiculitis caused by a biofilm infection. You may also get pelvic pain, painful ejaculation, inconsistent erectile performance, and episodes of hematospermia (blood in semen).

It might be incurable, but I’m trying antibiotics right now combined with very vigorous prostate and seminal vesicle massage and draining combined with multiple ejaculations per day, enough to release as many orange solids out of my seminal vesicles as possible. This is resulting in 3-7 ejaculations per day to try to flush them (yes ridiculous but it’s the only chance to clear the biofilms and have the antibiotics possibly kill the exposed bacteria)
