Im 15 and i masturbate almost everyday. But when i ejaculate my semen comes in like 2-3 driplets that just run down my penis, i also have a small penis (circumcised) 4.5 inches when erect. I have alot of hair on my testicles, but its like invicible, my pubic hair is not black or dark. I am very confused, i can ejaculate but my penis wont grow, my pubic hair wont show and i have like no hair under my arms, my face or on my legs. I also have a relatively high voice, and i never get pimples.
