I am skinny since I remember. My parents told me that I was overweight when I was a baby. But I am teenager now and I want to put on more weight and to build up muscles. I am going to the gym, but I have fast metabolism and I have problems putting on more weight. What to eat? What to do? Please help!

First thing you should know about gym is that you have to be patient. You need more then six months to see some results. It is long fight with you. If you have fast metabolism it means that your body burns energy fast. It means that you should take a lot of proteins (50%), carbs (30%) and fat (20%). You must eat a lot of fruit and vegetables, lots of meat (when you eat chicken take the white meat), milk, eggs, cheese etc.
