I've had head pressure for twenty years. It has diminished over time. I even have the feeling that it will one day be gone. I've talked to doctors about it but they don't know what it's about. Though it's only my opinion, and I'm no expert, I believe it's something affecting the nervous system in the head, the nerves attached to the muscles in the head. My conjecture is that it is a kind of fibro myalgia. But while I've done some research on it, I'm no doctor or neuroscientist, just an ordinary sufferer seeking solutions and relief like yourself. Good luck to you.

It may not just be anxiety - although it is possible. You may also want to get tested for Lyme disease and all co-infections including ehrlichia, Babesia, Bartonella, mycoplasma and Starri virus. If you get tested and it comes back negative make sure you get both the Elisa and Western Blot. Then check to see which numbers you are positive for woth Western blot. Lyme disease can be chronic of left undiagnosed, no matter what western doctors say. Try antibiotics first then look into natural herbal protocols like Buhner and Cowden. Drink lemon water to detox.

Yes. It started a week ago when I tried cocaine for the first time. Since then, I have had a constant pressure in my head, a ringing in my ears, and a weird social anxiety I've never had before. It is overwhelming and I feel like my life has been ripped away from me.

Okay what you have is a classic case of anxiety or even GAD. I also had the same light headaches, feeling of losing myself, constant head and neck pain. I lost interest in my hobbies. Klonopin helps you get through all this and gives your day back to you. What I would like you to do is think back in time? Was there a specific event that triggered the onset of headaches? You are worrying too much, which is causing you to go in a muscle tension loop. Relax your mind and your body will follow. Stop thinking about whatever your thinking and start becoming a postive person. Start slowly getting back into your hobbies, and soon everything will start feeling better. Continue using small dosages of Klonopin don't cross 1mg/day. Let me know if these tips work for you. Since I have had these headaches since I was 22, I am now married happily, I am 32.
