You exercise schedule is pretty heavy. Try balancing your schedule. Make sure you are switching between muscle groups each day so as not to overtax yourself. What is your routine like? If you're only a month into the exercise schedule, you should start slow with your exercise plan and increase it over time. Consult with one of the employees at the gym. A big consideration is your nutrition. If you are exercising that much, you should have a good nutritional plan, or you can hurt yourself. If you're not taking in enough water, you will also have some of those symptoms. Exercising is great, but it can be dangerous if you are not taking care of yourself.
