I do not have time or well enough organization so don’t eat cooked food very often. I put on weight a bit during last few months. I think that my skin got worse and my hair lost its natural shine. I know that it is all because I’m always fatigue and don’t have healthy nutrition. Please give me some tips.

Increase starchy foods instead of fatty. Choose low fat varieties instead of dairy. Eat less sugary foods. Eat more fruit and vegetables. Drink more tea instead of coffee. Avoid all artificial food and increase intake of organic food. Buy your meal in macrobiotic shop and not in fast food.
