I've had the same symptoms. In June 2016, I started having irregular heartbeat, fluttering, pulsing etc. Which the docs thought nothing of.. slowly I started getting pain in my right rib. Which spread to the left. Now I have pain spread in my back. Left and right ribs. Chest walls everywhere. My abdominal area has began to hurt also now. Apparently i have scarring on my kidney but they don't know why.
The docs think I have inflammation in my ribs but won't investigate into yet. Every time I've mentioned cancer. I've got a reply "u don't feel pain in cancer". I don't understand how they could just assume what they think is the problem. Riciulous. Has anyone found out what this all is about.

Have your thyroid antibodies checked or at least a full thyroid work up. I have Hashimotos Thyroiditis and have all if these symptoms when I go into hyperthyroidism.

Think I have some anwsers...I'm 63 years young. In great health! My husband was diagnosed with thymoma cancer of the thymus gland. For 4 months now I have been stressed out more than my body could take. Not to mention that he is not the easiest person to get along with, he's very demanding and the surgery has just made him worse. This kind of stress has giving me severe palpitations pain on my left rib and sometimes palpitations in my stomach. As frightening as it is I've been trying to do some very deep breathing exercises also cut the caffeine and watch my diet. But, destressing is key.

Did your symptoms every resolve? I am experiencing the exact same symptoms. I am a runner as well and my HR is staying in the 80's now. I am so ready for some relief.
