I simply lowered my calories to about half of what I normally ate per day, tracked my foods daily on this website and I successfully lost about a pound and a half or more each week, and have kept it off. Im very proud of myself as no other diet or weight loss program has EVER worked for me and its FREE!!! :D thought I'd share!
